Boston Harbor Islands Visitor Pavilion

Bronze
2013

The Boston Harbor Islands Visitor Pavilion was created to bring visibility to the many valued features of the locale, including a Civil War-era fort, historic lighthouses and more than 50 square miles of beautiful bays, harbors and rivers. Its eco-friendly design was inspired by the visitor’s journey, photo essays and interviews with park rangers, city officials and residents.

Designed by and the National Park Service (Boston Harbor Islands) for National Park Service (Boston Harbor Islands)
