San Francisco Museum of Modern Art
One of the world’s most innovative museums, SFMOMA is housed in a magnificent building by the Swiss architect Mario Botta, situated next to the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. Palace of Fine Arts Exploratorium
Housed within the walls of the Palace of Fine Arts, designed by Berkeley architect Bernard Maybeck in 1915, the Exploratorium is famous as a museum that overflows with interactive exhibits and experiments, allowing children (and adults) to learn about science, art and human perception.
