The Carolina Chapter of IDSA is comprised of design firms, schools, and companies that are as diverse as the geography of the two states it represents--North and South Carolina. Designers in the Carolina Chapter are found in small, locally-focused firms as well as large corporations with international visibility and influence.
Although our chapter covers a large geographic area, the Carolina Chapter is a resource to designers which is capable of establishing and maintaining important business and professional development relationships. We also support the industrial design student chapters at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC and North Carolina State University College of Design in Raleigh, NC.
The makeup of the Carolina Chapter is continually evolving to reflect the changing nature of the profession of industrial design. If you don’t see your company or school listed, let us know! We will be happy to include you in our design community.
